The Parkside Condominiums are located across the street from the Telluride Town Park. Our contemporary brick building houses six condo units. In a small-town community setting, each unit has acess to the San Miguel River Trail, Telluride Ski & Golf Resort, Bear Creek Preserve, National Forest access, and many other resort amenities.

Since Telluride is a pedestrian town, the enclosed Parkside garage is convenient amenitiy for our guests. Telluride's variety of restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well as the Telluride/Mountain Village Gondola, providing free year-round access to Mountain Village.

Completed in 1994, the Parkside building has kept its superior qualities; equipped with an elevator to the penthouse, a roof-top hot tub, and eye-catching exterior balconies. It has the ambiance of a quiet east-end neighborhood yet close to the historic downtown.
